1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

1.1 Subscription Terms

When you purchase a subscription to Luelle products:

  • You authorize recurring charges at your selected frequency (weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged
  • Each shipment will be charged separately unless you choose prepayment
  • Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice

1.2 Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled or paused
  • Renewal will be at the then-current subscription price

1.3 Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription through:

  • Your subscription management dashboard at luelles.com
  • Contacting support@luelles.com

Changes you can make:

  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update shipping address
  • Change payment method
  • Cancel or pause subscription

1.4 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for current billing periods already charged
  • Products already shipped cannot be cancelled (see Returns Policy)

1.5 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We'll retry charging after 3 days
  • Second retry after 5 days
  • Subscription pauses after 3 failed attempts
  • You can update payment info to resume

2. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Note: This service is currently not available

When available:

  • Payment authorization at checkout
  • Trial period clearly stated (typically 14 days)
  • Return within trial period = no charge
  • Keep after trial period = full charge processed

3. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

3.1 Subscription Products

  • Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers
  • Minimum subscription period may apply (stated at checkout)
  • Maximum order quantities may apply to prevent reselling

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

  • Subscriptions available only in supported countries
  • Shipping address changes to unsupported countries will cancel subscription

3.3 Product Changes

  • We reserve the right to substitute products of equal value
  • Formulation improvements may occur without notice
  • Packaging may vary between shipments

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Keep payment information current
  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Review subscription terms before purchasing
  • Monitor your email for important updates

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Subscription-related disputes are subject to our Terms of Service, including arbitration provisions for US customers.
