Returns

Please send an email to support@luelles.com with your full order number to place a return. You will then be asked to send the package back to our U.S. warehouse. Please be sure to include the reference number on the package.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Refunds can take between  5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.


Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.
